In order to ensure that children can live in a healthy environment and to increase their quality of life; From birth to the end of adolescence, mental, language, motor, self-care, social and emotional development, evaluating the child from a developmental point of view, taking a role in child health monitoring, providing services to the child, family, professionals and society with supportive and developmental programs, health, education and social services professionals. It provides counseling services to families about the development of children and their educational life.
